"I've been having a fantastic experience at nurturing life acupuncture! The place is so welcoming and beautiful, will excellent essential oils, teas, bath salts, and more that are all the highest quality I've ever come across. During the last few weeks of my pregnancy I wanted to reap the multiple benefits acupuncture has to offer, including relaxation, relief from the physical and mental stress of third trimester, and potentially a quicker less painful labor. At over 40 weeks I had a scheduled induction on the horizon and wanted to go into labor naturally. I saw the owner for the initial consult who was wonderful and then saw Tanvi for 3 sessions who possesses tremendous expertise and such a supportive, calming bedside manner. Not only did she provide acupuncture and moxibustion but also visual guided mediation, tips on what to eat to support strength before labor, and recommended internet resources for laboring moms. I felt very well cared for overall. I'm thrilled to report I went into labor naturally the day of my scheduled induction and had a very quick active labor (only pushed for 20 minutes) with minimal intervention which I know was aided by the acupuncture.
